A number of our barristers are qualified to accept instructions under the Bar's Public Access scheme. This can be an efficient route for individuals and organisations who need specialist advocacy or advisory work.
Public Access is not suitable for every matter. Our clerks will advise honestly on whether direct instruction is appropriate, or whether you would be better served instructing via a solicitor.
